sub 4 mins including you typing the reply - that's a pretty good response time ;-) This is called Trawling... word for you to look up Betroffenheitstrawl... predominantly coming from the realms of those who's only objective is BAU.

Plenty more Man Made Global Warming I see http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_WIN...HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blind_men_and_an_elephant In various versions of the tale, a group of blind men (or men in the dark) touch an elephant to learn what it is like. Each one touches a different part, but only one part, such as the side or the tusk. They then compare notes on what they felt, and learn they are in complete disagreement. |

Can you hear David Authumns running in to compare the blind men to climate scientists... except their notes put together produces a cohesive tale...disappearing sea ice, melting glaciers, snow missing in summer to the tune of 5.3 million km square, the air drying up as it was put because the warming allows it to store much more vapor before cloud forming, then dumping the load on the UK in form of snow or torrential rains, closest to where the aerosols are injected in the air.
----------------------------------------and the physicists stepping up too and pointing out the CO2 15uM frequency, the sidebands and harmonies and ocean acidification and doubling of that content in the air of having a 6C temperature rise potential and the biologists pointing out that wheat is loosing it's nutritious value, due imbalance between the fed building blocks because of the overabundance of CO2 that evolution never let it get accustomed too... maybe the simple solution is then to eat elephantine quantities to compensate? And that phytoplankton, what about those... what is happening to their skeletons... will they be suffering from that brittle bone disease? yes, it pays to count to 10 before whipping up a smart reply, as if smart replies undo reality and physics.

Here is a site containing a list of 500 Peer-Reviewed Papers supporting skepticism of "Man-Made" Global Warming.
Unfortunately, it appears in today's political climate, you have to do research that supports man-made global warming, if you want to get funded. Wonder what would come out if that funding supported the other side. |

More High speed Railways. Railways everywere. More tramways, more metros. More electric powered public and private transport. That is the future.
----------------------------------------In Europe we can build railways running at 350 kph. If only our politicians around Europe could simply stop of letting all the road transport lobbyists have their say we would have a very high speed train VHST network across the continent for passengers and for goods in a generation (25 years). Can you imagine at those speeds, air travel inside Europe would become a niche market. By train you go from city center to city center. Forget all these airport mess, and lost hours. Electrical traction is much more efficient then the combustion engines (piston or turbine). You have to produce the electricity from renewable source, and power stations that is sure, but with electrical traction in the end the whole chain is much more efficient. As a result you save oil resources to be used for more added value products, and you get the cities rid of air pollution, you get the highways rid of all these lorries, which pollute and clog the traffic around the big cities. I am not against road, but too much is too much. Things are really going too slowly for rail systems at the moment and road is king. I take the Thalys VHST between Brussels and Paris. Takes 1 hour 20 minutes from city center to city center. Takes you ten minutes to jump in the train and get out . That is a dream compared to air travel. I drive myself a hybrid car and I bet my next one will be an electric car. ![]() |

Many of these papers document an outset: Let's find what feeds skepticism, not do the research and see what it brings. Since the 'skeptics' papers appeared, there must have been funded time to do them, or? Did you do any research on what the established climatologists had to say or who these people are? Quick scan of persons that are no skeptics, rather simply paid to reflect an agenda, their previous work dissected and binned, the worst in that list Tim Ball closely followed by Ross McKitrick and the inventor of the miracle Atmospheric Iris, Lindzen, but when seeing McIntyre of the new McIndex, then it's Say No More... oh wait,Viscount Lord Monckton ... definitely does not know the difference between Rain and drizzle. Sorry Littlepeaks, but many in there are well funded by interest groups, several sites dedicated as to whom they are and who their shadowmen and companies behind them, lurking. 500 papers and tens of thousands of papers finding the opposite. It's like the occasional post on wonder cancer cure herb... we like to believe it... even I would like it not to be true, but it does not add up at all. Look up findings on Skikda, Algeria med coast, where most all are of Islamic Faith. There are no Bildenbergers, no Freemasons, no Rothschilds, no Murdock, no Illuminati there. Their temperature went up by a full 2C in 30 years... global warming is not evenly spread... it's an averaging term! I live right on the other side of the med and see it in everything living... cherry tree blossoming on January 31, 2010, mid winter. PS: 2C in 30 years is 3 times faster than the 0.2C per decade minimum expectation, over a longer timespan... going in leaps and bounds. edit: and the scary part is: We don't know exactly when the leaps come... many fear between too soon... we're not prepared... already a billion hungry.
