Is that 12-2012 ranked 1st in 47?

as in the December with the greatest cover since records began in 1966 is the one that has just gone

That kind of "disappearing" snow cover ??

From 2000

http://www.independent.co.uk/environment/snow...g-of-the-past-724017.html

According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event".

"Children just aren't going to know what snow is," he said.

It gets better Gerald

Oh the inexorable rise wink

What is Global Warming when it is at a standstill? Global

Maybe we should all be terrified of Global Same'ing

Please Al save us from our fantastically stable Climate system.

Maybe we should shut down progress to save us from the awful nightmarish equilibrium we all have to endure despite the myriad of inputs and variables that our planet creates and exists within.

It much worse than we thought....

Turns out we have already been taken to the cleaners

---

“As with all areas of science, our knowledge is continually increasing and it is therefore not surprising that our models and predictive skill will continue to improve."

Is that not the very definition of "not settled" despite the previous bold claims and hoots of derision?

Good.. let us return to the scientific method

Dave
