Unfortunately those things will always be tempered by his 'other' activities too! Mary Jo Kopechne, the women he molested, his drunken tirades, the women his nephews molested that he helped get out of jail free, etc, etc, etc! When he put his mind to it he could do some great things, when he partied, he partied hearty!!!
