Re: Final Batches of CEP Phase 1 have been determined

New work units are still being distributed. There are a limited number each day that are sent out.

Re: Final Batches of CEP Phase 1 have been determined

The current 7 day running mean for the CEP project is 7,500 work units. This means that approximately 3,750 unique work units are send out in quorum 2.

Re: Final Batches of CEP Phase 1 have been determined

I already gave up on CEP. I barely made it to silver badge, even having several computers trying to get WU for the last months. Some of the few I got ended in error, so with that experience I doubt I'll double my current CPU time, especially considering the limited number of jobs being distributed.

Until CEP2 comes out, I'll be running projects.

PS: I don't have those problems in the projects.

I'm finishing up on DDDT and moving to here til the end. Hopefully I'll at least make it to Emerald.

I guess Sekerob is going to have to update the est. completion dates on his graphs smile ... Seems like everything is finishing up early. That's a big Kudos to all the dedicated crunchers!!

Hope I have enough time to hit that emerald badge....

Re: Final Batches of CEP Phase 1 have been determined

Uplinger,
Any updates on how fast the supply of work is being depleted?

Is there enough work to last 40 days?

Thanks,

We still have work available to us and I believe it'll last past 40 days. There is no final estimate as there are batches that have not been created yet so I can't gauge a close enough estimate. We know the total number of batches to be created by the researchers.

Also, thank you to everyone who contributed towards this project and everyone pushing for another project to complete :) Good luck on the badge hunting.
