What the scientists report is what they have received, there being a time lag between what we complete in tasks and what batches are ready for transmission to the Chiba Institute. Considering there is continued growth of the grid and ever more powerful hardware contributing, it will be way less than 4 years.

New rendition of the background drawing [found the bigger original] with credit to the then young artist, survivor. The project is nearing 50 Teraflops in daily contributions.

Wow, man! You've done more results (and nearly more points and run time) on this one project than I have on all my WCG crunching.
 Good job supporting this specific cause. I agree, it's a heart-wrenching one. I guess I need some Nehalems to get myself in gear. |

Tuned chart on bases of the July 6, 12% progress update (for work received by scientists). The jobs are quite steady in mean run time, so that helps to plot 'live' advancement. Since that date we've done over 900,000 more results, totaling 6.375 million to date, at zero redundancy! Best estimate thus now around 15% crunched.
