Has CUDA been considered for this project?

AutoDock jobs are very float intense, so this thread is going to do just that... float to the bottom... but start coding if you volunteer. AutoDock has been ported... do though not know if to ATI or Brand X (?)

Since millions of people have a Timex watch, can we port at least one of these applications to a Timex. I really really think that this is a really really great idea that someone else should do.

Easy to throw these numbers around, rilian - but for AutoDock, your figures are exaggerated.

And X times faster than what?

And what compromises must we make about precision?
