How many day after isigned for Beta do I start receiving some WU´s please Just depends... Luck certainly plays a part, as does your cache of WU's, your turnaround time and probably a few other things... No, it's not the case ( a past misconception). Fast return rating is not relevant. If enrolled in Beta and the machine asks for work, it checks first in the beta queue (if the beta feeder is activated by the techs I suppose). Still waiting for a reazonable answer from some of the so call expertises , but no Bingo ! , |

I just got a 24 hour work unit .
But after 4 minutes of crunching it's down to 22 hours, and dropping fast.  |

The deadline for my beta WU is 3 days. Why is my deadline so long when everyone else that posted WU details is showing a 1 day deadline?

I have 29 pending on three quads. They are all estimated at 3:30, about the same as the cancer units I usually do.

Sek How many days after signed for Beta do I start to receive some WU´s please Thanks JP No delay, but of course only when there is a project to beta test that has work; of course your client must be of the correct OS and be asking for work just when the limit number (now seemingly 6000-8000) goes in the feeder. 8000 on 355,000 work units per day at WCG means it's probably gone within few hours, given that there are thousands who've enrolled for the program (and appreciate it's anonymous at times).
