Evening all
I guess it's now coming up to ten years of crunching since the University started the cancer campaign. We all hope it's done some real good along the way whilst we've had the pleasure of chat and banter with like minded humans. So the very best to all of you as we start on another decade. I hope we've made a difference although we always knew there was not going to be a great cheer to say 'cancer has now been beaten'. Although EDF are trying to frighten me about the leccy that I use, it will continue here whilst the old machine can manage it. |

Evening all
I didn't keep a note of the dates but I must be just about on the 10 year mark of full time crunching on this - somewhat amended - machine after I signed up for the University Cancer program. I just hope it's done some good to someone suffering down the line. And, tonight, our celebrations will be limited to lifting a glass of shampoo to each other before we drop off to sleep. As I lift my glass, I shall also give the toast to my fellow crunchers and wish you all a very healthy |

Mornin......WCG (IBM) did not start until 2004 (November) so you have some time to wait for ten years here....it was UNited Devices who started in 2001 (April)

Good Morning to you all and a very Happy and Healthy New Year!
Everything seems to be closed down today so I am hoping against hope that the paper shop will open long enough to sell me my weekly newspaper with the TV supplement in it! Quite dark and gloomy here but no wind and still dry at the moment. At least no more signs of the 'white stuff' thank goodness. |
