Snow has not melted at all today, and in fact a lot of it has turned to ice. Looks like it is a case of "confined to barracks" tomorrow so good job I stacked up with food.
 Dentist appt. in the morning, so might have to attempt it on foot (with my stick), although it is quite scary! Does not look as if it will melt any time soon.   |

Our modern offices have loads of glass windows and it is cold despite the double glazing. Brrr. At least I can leave any food I buy at lunchtime in the car knowing it will be colder than in a fridge.  |

Just looked out of the window on my way to bed, to find it snowing really heavily - so more snow adding to the lot that hadn't melted at all today! Urgh ..... I need to go out tomorrow - dentist appointment!!

Looking for freezing temps for the next week here in Florida, so can't imagine the arctic stuff you lot are slogging thru.

Oh dear, obviously been snowing all night and is still snowing heavily!
Actually really marooned here - no way of getting the car out, and walking would be a fairly suicidal thing to do this morning. Looks like I shall have to cancel my dentist appointment! (What a shame!). I don't ever remember snow like this 'darn sarf' for years! |

...about half in of snow here....bin like that for most of the past few days.....Hmmmm, think Dens thermom is busted, 26f is definitely not 4c...... -4 maybe!
