Re: The green green grass

Evening all, been a long day, managed to cut the back lawn (The smaller of the two). Merling tomorrow for food, then if it's a nice day, make a strat on the front lawn.

Did I spot Bob ^^^up there? Nice to know you are OK, dont leave it so long to the next posting. (No chance of little brother moving in here - he would bring the tribe of Israel with him!)

Re: The green green grass

We played a festival yesterday on top of Spettisbury rings.
Normaly there's a nice view, but the weather was overcast all day, and it was mizzeling with rain.
Quite a few braved the elements and a good time was had by all.
The 'other' event that weekend was the Bournemouth airshow. The red arrows were supposed to appear, but you couldn't tell wether they did or not, as the sky was overcast all week.

I don't know if the red arrows appeared or not, I think they were definately postponed at one point due to all the cloud. confused

So you may guess it rained a lot. Good for the grass, but not so good for getting out to cut it. thinking

It would be good to put some grass seed down on the bare patches of lawn, it certainly wouln't need watering in at the moment, but having tempted the sparrows to visit reularly, I think they might eat it. raised eyebrow
