Hello Sunshine, I mean Evy of course! (and the little one)
Good morning everyone, rather damp up here, but still managed to spend a fortune at the grocery store, helping Morrison to a few extra pounds, (as if he needs them). At least Dog and I will be able to eat for another week. Peter, it will be good to see you back up and running again. and what about John Morley, posting again in our humble thread! Come back more often John. And where has Den got to? Back to the house work, see you all later |

Hello Sunshine saying the sun is shining would definitely be stretching it but at least it's not raining, yesterday and the night before was apparently the most rain we've had in 14 years ....eep! but now it's only overcast  been scouring the internet for the video thing...how can it be that no one seems to have the same problem...I feel unfairly singled out  |

Evening all
It turned out to be a much better day weather-wise than forecast so it turned out well for our pensioners meeting which today was three parties of 25 having a guided tour of the Houses of Parliament. All very well organized with excellent guides, I found it very interesting how little of the space was dedicated to the two chambers. We followed this up with a pub lunch at a place we've been to before - there aren't that many than can easily seat 75. Still the food has all been pre-ordered so it goes pretty smoothly and I come back home to sunshine and warmth in time to get the garden rubbish bin full and ready for tomorrow's collection. |

Peter, it will be good to see you back up and running again. .... Yayyy! I am crunching again - just turned in my first result in ages. Very happy with my new computer, it seems as good as any major brand, but was much cheaper. Still need to de-install all the bloat-ware, so may squeeze a little more out of it, but it seems to be crunching away quite happily. Won £50 for a suggestion I made at work, through the suggestion scheme. Almost fell of my chair! |
