They should be good at At about 650 quid  dont know off hand what that is in $$$$............Although looking at the local specialist bike shop thats not far out of line The latest state of art cycles with titanium parts disc brakes and so on, precision gear sets, saddles that look set to cut you in half often come in at around the one £K I guess at that price, they're a hot item for thieves. As for the conversion. I think the $ is about 68% of the £. Thanks for the info, They're very interesting bikes. Y'all have a great day.

Well I never! For the very first time I have ventured out of the Teddies thread to have a look around. And I am pretty horrified at some of the "slagging off" that goes on! So I will return to my unadventurous habits from now on!!

----------------------------------------Like you Merle yesterday I had a look see at the world outside this place . quite a lot of spiteful events going on .... that the Management had seen fit to block and delete I had seen these threads but hadn't bothered to peek until they became under threat As some posters said you don't need to go there if your not interested.. Smacks of how the old UD place went heated beyond proportion I just play in two spots The Edwardian /and Formula One .. I don't want to get in to conflict with those that seem to have little understanding of debate just the ability to shout louder than the last poster right or wrong . I know I have been a bit strident and out of place at times but I hope I am back in line again,,, Trying honest !!! |

The passage of medical knowledge seems to have become dislodged . Its a well known fact that Man Flue " Γρίπη Homo " is a virulent illness that is the male's lot to bear. No doubt the female of the species doesn't understand the torment that the male will go through when stricken with this malady ( we do keep it hidden as to the extent of our suffering ) We suffer the constraints when so afflicted by confining ourselves to bed. Hoping for some succour from our loved ones. Who help us with beef tea and cooling towels applied to our fevered brows .Thereby allowing us to recover enough to struggle back to the dark satanic mills of industry that struck us down in the first place .Safe in the knowledge that dearly beloved is able to waltz off to Harrods and spend the accumulated wealth that has been such a burden to us ...thus freed of this amount of troublesome financial tribulation we can now apply to the state to keep us Ah what a wise woman we engaged in matrimony Happy days... |

Evening all
A fine and dry day which I'm hoping will continue for tomorrow at least. I need to start the leaf collecting to get in the garden refuse bin. Each time I've planned it in the past week, it's poured down and everything is sodden. Hardly the end of the world but then I can't do much about Afghanistan or what Iran might or not be doing so it's best I keep in my realm of influence. I rarely posted at UD because of the tone the forums often seemed to descend to. There's no charge in the car park at my local Sainsbury's but I am always amazed at how some people find the walk of a hundred yards or so such an imposition that they will still park in the handicaped drivers area or even on the bus stop just to be that little bit nearer to the entrance. |
