My GTX 260 is finally clocked to the max and crunching.. you should see the bill that came in today... 100% + increase since I got home from school..... School starts again next Tuesday.  The things kids do to get their folks to want them to leave! Bad enough you clean out the fridge and pantry of anything edible, now you go jack up the electric bill too!  Seriously, consider just about anything outside CA after college!. The bundle you'll save on electricity and overall cost of living will buy you your own server farm!School starts here next Tuesday too. Well, not for me actually. It's my daughter's kindergarden that starts back. At least you're on the tail end. Imagine the view for her with it all in front of her! Ain't perspective nice!  |

Well, we are at 80,533,155 with one last day of crunching. Thanks Ady and Rob for hanging around! Congrats to all at MOT for yet another great year of WCG crunching  I'll be moving on tomorrow - but no doubt I will be back again during 2009.......Happy New Year to you all!!!  Ady |

Happy almost New Years Eve!  Well. Congratulations MOT on 80 million. ..my laptop is shutting down for crunching since the goal has been hit. In the interest of preserving its lifespan. I have my Foxconn Black Ops X48 motherboard coming on Friday. So.. my Q6600 can finally be overclocked. I'm hoping for 4.0 GHz since this chip is a rare one. Stock voltage is only 1.2375v. Hoping that a high clocked Quad will bring in more points. Working on gathering stuff for some dry ice extreme overclocking on spring break.. At an attempt for top 10 in the world. I would like a shot at first place though.. but my Quad/Mobo/RAM might die in the process. Anyone have any spare Socket 775 CPUs just lying around not being used?
