Re: .

Note: When sleeping on forest, take a something that work as pillow.

Start to have feeling back to my fingers.
Long story goes that on Easter, I was happy camper with guerilla-theme, was tired enough to drop to sleep quite immediately when put myself to horizontal.
Did not yearn mattress or pillow, but on morning did notice that I did ask help to get my head raised from ground, next that I just does not have any sense of touch on my fingertips.
Google told me that I have nerve pinch or something, if continues more than half year, might get permanent or something.
Getting better already, fingertips only partially numb, so will be just fine.

Some watch stuff.
Got this from eBay with 19,39€ (postage included).
Design is of course direct copy from Cartier Santos, but watch is carrying it own name and there is no Swiss Made-label, so think term homage is correct one.
Kind of scary watch since it is so good piece of hardware. face looks something like Guilloche made.
With short experience, movement is also oddly good, did wear it one day and think I could regulate is some very nice accuracy. It was already running something like few second per day phase without any tuning.
It was also running when took it out of box, so was kind of clear that auto winding mechanism is on working condition.
Power reserve is also enough, this I can easily say since it has 24h-dial.
Some water obviously has flown on Yangtze.

Another day on office, another unsolved mystery.

There is one young lady who has start to expand rapidly.
So, if I do not do anything and she is pregnant, I'm jerk.
If I buy fruit cake and congratulate about quadruplets and she just not happen to be pregnant...........
Think I just need to expect that another zeppelin has join the fleet. Sure HR will let me know if I should buy that fruit cake and what jerk I am.

Have to think positively, humpback whale population has recover so fine that protection will be rethink.
I might have possibility to shoot some sea-mammal with cannon on my lifetime....

Take your cue from the other ladies in the office. If the lady in question is pregnant, they will be oohing and ahhing, offering child advice, and gifts for the newborn and parents. If you do not hear this chatter, avoid the subject until there is no doubt. Do not be drawn into making a false assumption.

Cheers

Hopefully the Greeks get their act together and stay in the Eurozone. Having them exit would be a disaster for them and a black eye for the rest of the members. They need to learn to collect their taxes and crack down on tax cheats. With any luck saner heads will prevail and a solution will be found.

Cheers

Re: .

Think they have very good taxation system on German. After all, money is coming from there.

Sure is interesting. Kind of funny, or should I say interesting-rating biggrin
Teutonia's 10y bond did double in few days, last time when this occurred was fall down of Berlin wall.
Unexpected twist (from opening this did seems to be another poring tragedy) is that Greeks them-self does not seems to want those moneys.

But really, nothing new on Europe never/ever. This play will have happy ending, so let's enjoy this this farce while it last.

Got some spare time, so took bus to deep Tavastia.
Park on pic is originally firewall, preventing fire to expand from house to another.

It looks like a nice park. It must have been a park for quite some time as the trees look quite mature.
Fire is one of the downsides of wooden construction. Given the plentiful amount of it in Finland, it is no surprise it was the primary building material for hundreds of years. But with building built close together I could see how fire could spread rapidly. So I understand see why the firewalls were necessary.
Does that sculpture have a name ? It looks like an abstract eagle with rocket launchers on its wings. But interesting nonetheless.

Funny how I have never thought about this, it takes hundred year populus to get that size. When thinking more, all parks have same size trees. Darn, some pattern here.

Fire itself was something, I'm not so sorry about.
It did gave possibility to new very clear grid plan, with broad-walks etc. Think those broad-walks are reason why I'm very un-comfy with another cities here. Those just have some very narrow paths and six trillion dudes.

Statue is abstract monument about local left-wing senator who as strong character is entering from fire.
But sure, when I was kid also though it present phoenix or something tongue

Some another jeton, some NHL-player. Played right-wing, so thing he did enter from ice (pattern stuff). Very nice mirror finishing on medal have to say.

Re: .

Interesting depiction in that statue. Here is a view from the other side. Here I can see the man in the sculpture.
http://www.vanderkrogt.net/statues/object.php?webpage=ST&record=fi038

Teemu Selanne was a great hockey player. He still holds the record for the most goals by a rookie in the NHL and for the most Olympic goals by anyone. He also seems like an all around nice guy. Interesting in that he has a son who has the same first name as the the guy in the statue.

Cheers
