Why you need aluminum? You're not going to carry it anywhere. Besides, my CM960 is sweet and demonstrably cheaper - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119137.

Has room for 7 SEVEN 120mm case fans. GAME OVER. BEST CASE EVER!

I'm not a fan of Cooler Master cases. I got one for a client build; wasn't too impressed. They're good budget and performs well but I like other ones better.

This may be too tame for you two young fellas, but it has the best airflow of any of my cases. With one 120mm rear fan. Antec Sonata III

47 - 40 - 45 - 45 with Core-Temp. Q6600@2.88 with Ultima-90 (120mm fan attached). Asus P5K

Of course, my room temp is a lot lower than yours (23C). We'll see what happens this weekend when the temps outside get to 30C and me without A/C.

BTW, Blizzie, how close are your readings from Core-Temp compared to the motherboard monitor?

Core Temp is the accurate one. The temps should match up with the other stuff provided by your motherboard company.

Antec 900. Win? laughing

Edit: http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php
HWMonitor is also accurate.

Just bought 4 case fans and a 500 gig external from New Egg, it seems they're having a pretty sweet sale.

I've got two other machines where there's a very large discrepancy between the two. I'll have to dig a bit further.

Not really apples to apples. I'm talking a well built and classy case with one fan (read quiet) that does a nice job of ventilation.

The 900 (with 3 large fans stock and 2 more optional) has more sucking power than my vacuum cleaner. Great for noisy lan parties, but not being a gamer, I don't need the extra dB. Antec does have some nice products. though.

Good find. I'll give that one a try. Thanks
