Re: Speed Test The Global Broadband Speed Test

Got an upgrade biggrin

Only some areas of America are behind the bandwidth curve skgiven wink

Thats nice.
Have you tried to connect to anywhere outside NY?

I use to have 50Mbps, but I downgraded to 10Mb because I could not actually use it all. I also found that I did not need it, or the extra on my bill.

Re: Speed Test The Global Broadband Speed Test

Good test JP, indicates that the Internet is slow between your ISPs servers and the Toronto servers.
It is also slow from the UK to Canada, but not as bad as Japan or NZ!

Re: Speed Test The Global Broadband Speed Test

Cool speeds, but I would not want to pay that per month, so I dont.

Re: Speed Test The Global Broadband Speed Test

I know it's not Broadband, but I thought I'd give it a try from the office.... Pretty nippy locally, but quite a difference on the transatlantic routes to Toronto!

Local Test:

Toronto Test:

Might try it first thing in the morning next time I'm in, to see if it's any faster?
