I am sorry for your finger, I hope it does not hurt too much...
----------------------------------------![]() If it is not easy to hold-click for moving the big map you can also single-click in the minimap below the big one to place the rectangle where you need. Good luck. Jean. |

OK finally figured it out, thanks. I see why I couldn't find DC on my map. I failed to hover over the huge gold star that was spinning and practically screaming at me through the monitor. I was looking at the blue dots around me.

Edinburgh to Toronto :/ not so good, but it's wifi Try a Server nearer to you, and post the result again. A ping of 308 can't occur because you are using wifi. Maybe i can help you with that. |

On a surprising note: According to a report released by CWA (Communication Workers of America), the United States is far behind other countries in terms of Internet speed, ranking 28th, behind countries such as South Korea, Japan and Sweden. The average speed for the nation, 5.1 megabits per second is far behind South Korea's average of 20.5 megabits per second and Japan's 15.8 megabits per second. The country's fastest connection speeds were located in Delaware, Rhode Island and New Jersey.

I'm taking these reports of speeds with a grain of salt. That's local service and local in Korea is quite different from local in the USA. North America as a whole still rates second, Europe first per Speedtest. Doubt that Canada pulls up the 28th ranking of the USA enough, as else Canada would have to be top country and that does not jive with Speedtest again since there the USA is rated over Canada.
----------------------------------------Italy 44 and 82 on DL/UL may seem poor, but got no complaints for what I get over a simple copper telephone line miles and miles away from a switch point. To Rome about 10Mb : 1Mb for Down and Up.
