And I thought he had raced a great race to 4th/3rd from the back of the Grid.

Obviously not

Congratulations to Jensen though (at the time of writing anyway) on an outstanding weekend !!

Re: The Formula One Thread

An idiotic decision by McLaren for the sake of one place so they deserve the penalty. Really a pity after Hamilton had driven a good race even to finish 4th.

Re: The Formula One Thread

My prediction I submitted for the competition with colleagues at work is as follows.

1 Button
2 Raikkonen
3 Kubica
4 Barrichello
5 Massa
6 Hamilton
7 Vettel
8 Rosberg
pole Button
eerste uitvaller Nakajima (first out)

Not sure if it's any good, so hard to tell in the beginning of the season.

Re: The Formula One Thread

Not bad René biggrin

Kimi Raikkonen led team mate Felipe Massa in a Ferrari one-two in Friday afternoon’s second practice session for the Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang. The Finn dipped below Massa’s 2008 pole time of 1m 35.748s with 1m 35.707s, and the Brazilian was just 0.125s slower on 1m 35.832s.

On other hand Stewards in Malaysia are set to consider fresh evidence on Thursday relating to Jarno Trulli’s 25s time penalty in last weekend’s Australian Grand Prix.

However, the FIA have decided to look at the incident again, a right they have under Article 179b of the International Sporting Code, should any new elements come to light in a case.

Trulli maintained that Hamilton had slowed to the point that he had no choice but to pass and Toyota had originally planned to appeal the decision. They subsequently decided to abandon that appeal after concluding it would likely be ruled inadmissible...

Re: The Formula One Thread

Qualifying should be interesting so it's unfortunate I shan't be able to watch it live as I have things to do in the morning.

Got Sunday clear however so it would be good to see some rain.
