Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Hasn't been to bad since coming back. Not like florida but not bone freezing temps. Looks like 50's this weekend. Spring is on its way.

Should be beautiful this weekend. You must have brought back some of the Florida sunshine and warmth. Hope you had a good time down there. However, remember some of our biggest snowstorms seem to happen in March.
Cheers

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Usually get hit around final four but don't think it will happen this year. Our weather pattern is so messed up this year. The lakes will suffer. Brother told me he read the farmers almanac and its calling for drought this summer. Had a great time. Visisted kennedy space center. Already seen Johnson space center in houston. Awesome place at Kennedy. Seen the space shuttle up close and personal along with other cool stuff. Funny to see gators out by the launch pad though.

Based on how much snow we got so far, it might be a drought. By the end of today pretty much all the snow will be gone here.

They're on guard duty. biggrin
Wish I had known you were close by. I live 25 miles from KSC. Used to watch the shuttle launches from my front yard. Night ones were spectacular.

If I knew you lived out there, would have tried to meet up. The tornado warning at 2:30 am got my heart pumping pretty good.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That is an attractive price. Especially considering they were originally priced at about $1550.00 in March of 2012, only 4 years ago. Unfortunately most of the machines I have are equipped with LGA771 sockets and these need LGA2011 sockets. I really need to upgrade.
Cheers

I sure would continue myself to Mars or something....

Hello everybody, hope you all fine!

Got myself new wrist piece from insure company.
Nope, not really any pains at all while wake up.
Did have some muscle spasm while sleeping, but my doctor did wrote me literately hammer to head kind of relaxant, so what the heck.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That bears a striking resemblance to a brace for carpal tunnel syndrome. But if you did not have any pain while awake or typing or using your hand/wrist in a repetitive fashion, then that is not a problem for you. Be careful with those pills. I would bet they say "Do not mix with alcohol" on the label.
Reminds me of an old mathematics joke:
Do not mix alcohol and calculus - Do not drink and derive. laughing

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Some climbing accident. Two crack, but luckily no wedgie.

I was climbing out of bus after hard day of work, and mirror ice is kind of slippery when wet.
Took my hold weight to wrist on pretty odd angle, snack crackle and pop...

Did notice, that my boss has purchase some Royal level insurance for me.
Have meet Dr. of mine on weekly basis (weekends) and gosh how much film-time my bones have been receive.

About those pills.
Since did not have really any pains, did let first weeks just flow.
Days just fine, but on night did wake up seriously violent cramps which were kind of extra painful's since those cracks.
And s*itt, I was able to put counter momentum to locked muscle only doing knuckle push-ups on standing position against wall.
Did wake up four time to perform this dance macabre during night, when same did repeat next night, I was just mentally on dead end. I really was mentally willing to accept enter of hacksaw, on those first morning glory hours of second sleepless day.

So doctor wrote me these relaxants, did warn that those make very sleepy, so take just before going to sleep.
Well, never have relaxant before, so out of curiosity, took couple first thing on Saturday morning when wake up to see how they work.
After hour, did understand that will perform grand wisdom if just perform some couch surfing. Then wake up after four hours.
Been sleeping pretty well since.

Some bonsai stuff. Carrot top on tiny rockwool cube. Seems to like hers new home blushing
