Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That bites. I keep mine on a ups so I don't get burned from bad weather. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Hello fellows.....

Poi did I get nice new Internet connection to home, this is best price/quality relation that I have ever seen...

This is purcased by company that is carrying out maintance on building generally, so it is part of my condo infrastructure quite much as like electricity...
I luv these new buildings, monthly fee 0,99€ love struck

Propably will drop one 3G connection, should leave me two 3G's (boss pays) and one old fashion wired..

That's just sick, in a good way wink
I really wish we could get Verizon FIOS here in MN.
I'm not paying a whole bunch of money to Comcast but I do miss the Comcast speed sometimes.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I'm on frontier using DSL. I'll have to run a speed test to see where I'm at but nowhere close to that. I see more fibre optics being laid out close to my place so hoping to get some of that in the near future.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Ou poi , this is even faster on mornings tongue
Sure is worth of 99 cent ($1.35).

Alright, I promise to stop this.....

Weather is sure odd here.... On July 22 day has been counted as hot by fmi
Now it has get "colder" for weekend, temperature has drop to +20'C (+68'F) and should continue like this for few days..
But on end of week, should return to hotter days....

Never seen anything like this, almost two month now on +30'F (+86'F) temperatures...

Maybe this also go another way around....
Would be nice to cast snowboard from mercury drooling

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

just ran mine from my mac mini. Sickening compared to yours. DL is 1.98 and UL is 0.26. If I were living in the city, would be higher. Will have to check when they plan on using the fibre optic I see laid in the ground.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Pretty lively song there. Google would not translate a few words, but I got most of it. The parents were happy to have their son home and were celebrating.

Cheers

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I guess the weather yesterday was more "normal" in the sense that Iowa was hotter than Minnesota. After walking home from the bus stop yesterday afternoon, I checked the heat index and it was 117.

Today was forecast to be "much cooler" and I guess it is -- heat index is "only" 100.

I will not be sorry to see the leaves start to turn this year....
