We all wish we could take Goliath's steps, but it will have to be David's Piccolo passi ..... like him, lets be S.M.A.R.T. about it.

1. Specific – Objectives should specify what u want to achieve.
2. Measurable – You should be able to measure whether you are meeting the objectives or not.
3. Achievable - Are the objectives you set, achievable and attainable?
4. Realistic – Can you realistically achieve the objectives with the resources you have?
5. Time – When do you want to achieve the set objectives?

WCG does not tell us C.A's..... we just volunteer to spread the word. This week 940 years equivalent, next week 945.... requires for only last Sunday of 115 to become 120... and if u read bbover3's post just now on the 'Certificates' thread and some 'light' projects arriving, 1,000 years at x-mas should be a Sustainable goal (the guys of SMART forgot the S at the end :D )
