As some of you know I joined the grid and My Online Team because all of you were very helpful and compassionate.Many of you have prayed for my wife and me and i am very grateful for that. Well after two and one half very agonizing years my wife has lost her battle with Breast Cancer at 5 PM on Sept 30. I was very fortunate enough to keep her home with me and I was loving and holding her hand when she passed into a better world. I just want to tell everyone around the world--Thank You for being there when i asked for help.God bless Mary and you all--Gerald R Marquardt--marysduby R.I.P. Mary - our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Gerald. I've lost 3 close family members to cancer over the years, which is my reason for crunching. |

As some of you know I joined the grid and My Online Team because all of you were very helpful and compassionate.Many of you have prayed for my wife and me and i am very grateful for that. Gerald, our thoughts are with you. As you said, you took some comfort from having her with you and being there when she departed. My friend, take some more comfort from the strength that would have given her .. not all of can choose when we leave this life and to be with the ones we love when that time comes is something only few are lucky to be blessed with.
