Have WCG run out of torque rotors again?  It seems that there is some kind of problem with that validator again. Only 3 out of 28 units which were returned today are valid. All the others are Pending Validation. Yea - the FAAH validator stopped again. I have cleared the problem and restarted it (no points or results were lost and the validator has caught up). I will be spending some time this week fixing this problem so that it doesn't happen again. In case anyone is interested we are having a banner day for BOINC results. We should end the day with over 26 years of runtime. I'm interested to see what happens tommorrow since today is a major US holiday. |

Yea - the FAAH validator stopped again. I have cleared the problem and restarted it (no points or results were lost and the validator has caught up). I will be spending some time this week fixing this problem so that it doesn't happen again. In case anyone is interested we are having a banner day for BOINC results. We should end the day with over 26 years of runtime. I'm interested to see what happens tommorrow since today is a major US holiday. Good, so everything is up and running again!  Can you please explain this "banner day" thing? English is not my native language, so I don't really get it. Do you mean that we are expecting to break a record today?   |

----------------------------------------You have the right idea. "Banner day" is an expression which would mean an exceptionally good day, so break out the celebratory banners and lets have a party. You do tres bien for not being a native speaker.  Joe

Wow.....26 years CPU time translated to UD Agent Wallclock time.....how much would that be? On Total daily production has the scent of 30+ percent ?????

bump...knreed, that 'banner day' for BOINC looks like a catch up on the day before.....the other graphs at BOINCstats are also interesting...40.5% active hosts. Are the graphs comparable to WCG's as they could suffer from shifting, whole or part of days.....September 12, 1.6m or 11.2 WCG points or 30% of total.

Is the validator still out? I have WU from 9/9 that still have pending. But other WUs get Validated.
