Dave, amazing how easily we want to believe in the best despite the fact that the truth so often points in another direction.
---------------------------------------- As I've explained to some "customer service reps", I understand that they personally were not responsible for causing my problem so getting mad doesn't help at all. Besides, I find getting even far more effective When you have a working phone, it's easy to "prescreen" your calls so that you immediately answer calls from family and other important calls you're expecting. As for the rest, allow them the opportunity to hear your voicemail message. Something along the lines of "Hi, this is David Autumns and I can't answer your call right now. I'd like to say it's 'cause I'm busy but given the lack of service I get from Orange, it's more likely 'cause they've messed something up again. I could get better service from a dead rat in the Antartic. Anyway, leave a message and I'll ring you back ASAP." That should provide you a few openings to explain things a bit. Nothing wrong with sharing you experience as an Orange customer ![]() |

That's too cryptic, George
c its got agps updated speed camera position warning systems Look at this review of CoPilot 7: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/copilot-live-laptop7.php You can set the POI Alert to run off a database of speed camera locations. Then, any laptop or mobile smartphone with GPS will alert you when approaching a speed camera location. If the phone has Bluetooth, you can hook it up to continuously record conversations into an Ipod, like a flight recorder black box. Just be sure that you have all this powered by your car in a way that won't drain your battery. Lawrence |

Can't remember the exact motorway number M5 or something where cams are mounted every 500 yards or so thus wholly superfluous on those types of roads, but aside from that, could one argue, that such speedcam locating features are as illegal as having a speedcheck detection scanner in a motorvehicle?
----------------------------------------Permanent Speedcamera installations I've never seen in bella Italia....there is the occasional sign, saying that such an installation exists, .... in Austria it has to be announced! Would they become prevalent, i fear a national uproar will 'swell' that Prodi will likely have to vacate his office.....or the boxes will get this treatment: PS: U'd recognise the housing architecture as typical UK.... from the collection shown on this site, the Brits seem to agree with the Italians wholeheartedly ![]() http://www.speedcam.co.uk/gatso2.htm

Ah yes definitely British - the additional tax collecting service
----------------------------------------Slows everyone down for at least 100yards as they pass through the markings on the road (while taking eyes off road and concentrating on speedo and avoiding running into car braking hard in front) then back on the accelerator (Gas Pedal) again. Superb invention ![]() |

Superb indeed! It gives all the scammers yet another way to con us. Want to buy a can of spray for 19.95? Spray it on your license plate and it dries clear but results in a blurry image to the cameras!
