I am so mad about this. I was hoping that a night’s sleep would change my mind but it hasn't.

As I know nothing about the why's I can only assume what happened and I lay it down right on the new members feet, not all of them but the ones that "helped" setup the new forum and that have been so vocal as of late. Strange that the "new" member was so adept at making a forum and setting up sigs. Strange that he comes from the same area as another cruncher that has ruined so many teams, Oh and always not his fault the team dissolves too. He just changes his name and goes on destroying and as he’s a “new”member I really can’t say anything until after I am certain. Problem with that is he’s shattered a whole team by that time and all there’s left to do is pick up the pieces of a hard working team and salvage the people that still want to crunch after the wrackage.

I entirely agree with the above. Dave, please return to your rightful place as captain of MOT?

Ya I am annoyed.

I have seen this over and over again with a group of people(Same people each and every time. Only their names change.). They go to a team or build a team then stir it up, tear it up and leave. I know it shouldn't effect me because I run everytime I figure out it's those people but it does. It's like a train wreck. You hope and hope the trains are on different tracks but you know in your heart its coming. All you can do is cry out and hope your heard.

People work hard to build up their team and new comers should respect their work not come into it and change things.
