I see what you are saying. some WUs upload fine, some don't based on address.
----------------------------------------I only have 4 MCM WUs... the first and second ones are "stuck" but luckily the third one uploaded fine and I got a fresh WU. update: Now 3 of the 4 are stuck We shall see how long I can upload and download this last slot until it too gets stuck edit again: all 4 of my WUs are stuck. so time for the backup project. I see what you are saying. some WUs upload fine, some don't based on address. I'm lucky that I downloaded lots of MCM tasks yesterday, in preparation for possible weekend problems. So I have tasks for about 3-days (Old Laptop), even if I can't get any new ones. However, with 9 uploads stuck, I still get new work, when BOINC asks for it.I only have 4 MCM WUs... the first and second ones are "stuck" but luckily the third one uploaded fine and I got a fresh WU. Edit, Added: Ok, now I'm at "Not requesting tasks: too many uploads in progress!" (I have 15 stuck uploads) I guess there will be many empty computers on Monday, if they don't fix this over the weekend. My slow Laptop though, will make it through the weekend. According to https://status.alliancecan.ca/system/Nibi, it looks like there’s a problem on the server side. Not sure that has anything to do with the current (partial) upload issues, as that server side issue is 10 days old, and things were kind of OK in this regards yesterday. It looks more like one of the containers with a server running an instance of the upload server has hit the big bitbucket and downloads and uploads are tied to the same server instance. That's why WUs associated with a different (set of) server is working fine, and others seemingly randomly are stuck in uploads with the dreaded "transient http error"... Let's hope indeed that Dylan is already aware of this issue and it is an easy fix, or it's gonna be a long weekend... Ralf PS: Go Dodgers!  |

Let's hope indeed that Dylan is already aware of this issue and it is an easy fix, or it's gonna be a long weekend... Ralf It's already the weekend, so I don't expect anything before Monday afternoon UTC. Let's hope it's a simple fix so the long list of issues can be attended to, hopefully before Christmas.

I just received a reply from Igor. He is contacting Dylan now. We already know that the WCG team have been on standby even on weekends during this migration, so Dylan will probably look into the problem pretty quick.

I'm in the same boat as Unixchick and Grumpy_Swede, with too many stuck uploads. My backup project is also out of tasks. So it's Folding@Home for me again!
