@hchc No, ovarian is back, it's clearly ovarian when reading in the downloaded task file, as well as in a crunched tasks stderr_txt file. Couldn't be clearer than this part from the stderr_txt file: DatabaseFile dataset-curatedOvarian_EarlyLate_v1.0.txtand DatasetID = curatedOvarian_EarlyLate_v1.0 Have you missed this notice from the team? https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/article.s?articleId=802 Thanks. The tech team is aware of this issue and is working on changing the device setup in order to resolve this issue. They plan to have the new system today. |
