We continue our work on characterizing lung cancer biomarkers identified in the MCM1 project. This update focuses on ADH6, a gene associated with smoking status and lung cancer prognosis.

Re: MCM team update: ADH6

When do you expect that you'll have enough data/personnel to start working on sarcoma?
Thank you.

How much more computing power can you take advantage of in the foreseeable future or is the amount you have right now about ideal?

Hi danwat1234,

Thanks for your question. The current amount of computing power is about ideal.

Hi Adamos86,

Thanks for your question. After sarcoma, we are considering options such as prostate, brain, acute myeloid leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colorectal, liver, and breast. This decision will be made based on need for this area of research, potential interest of volunteers, etc.
