It appears whoever was in charge of the feeders is doing the same thing as your laptop:sleeping on the job. Cheers

Hello Foxter and Sgt.Joe, we are aware of BOINC client communication issues with WCG servers -- we are investigating the cause. There is sufficient pool of WUs available, and it doesn't look like anything is down or wrong -- we will update you as we learn more.

I just got the 5 MCM tasks I wanted and needed. Still nothing here. Denis@Home currently has about 70,000 units available (22:35 UTC). Cheers Edit: I just noticed the time listed on the forum for my posts is off by one hour. I am at UTC minus 5 hours and the forum time is listing UTC minus 6 hours. Some server is not time synced properly. Cheers Edit: spelling

Sgt.Joe, since everybody should use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) here on the forum as we all live in different parts of the world, you would always need to have an idea of how many hours you should add to (or subtract from) your local time to convert your local time into UTC. At least that's what I do.
----------------------------------------During Daylight savings time in a large part of Western Europe we need to subtract 2 hours from our local time to convert to UTC. In winter time, we need only subtract 1 hour from the local time to convert to UTC. Now if only we would get rid of Daylight savings time: our animals don't understand Daylight savings time. Adri EDIT (PS: I'm glad you do use UTC, °C and m) [Edit 1 times, last edit by adriverhoef at May 16, 2023 11:50:10 PM] |

Sgt. Joe,
----------------------------------------It seems the MCM1 supply has started again, as all my systems topped up to their profile-constrained limits starting at about 22:30 UTC on the 16th. My clients reported receiving these from 23:30 BST (UTC+1) onwards. [Edit (twice) - I originally posted this at 23:42 UTC (00:42 BST) and it is showing the UTC time 11:42:33 PM -- I don't always pay too much attention to exact message times (rather than order of appearance) and am used to thinking UTC (GMT), so I don't know whether it should be showing the BST value instead...] Cheers - Al. I am glad someone is getting some work units. I am still dry on both MCM and SCC. Cheers
