I restarted WCG yesterday and I noticed that the stats are not updated. Will this issue be resolved soon?

The batch script that updates the lists of users and devices is run periodically. New devices should show up on the website with all the results and contribution in few business days.

The batch script that updates the lists of users and devices is run periodically. New devices should show up on the website with all the results and contribution in few business days. Can the batch script be scheduled to run daily? Periodically updating the lists of users and devices leads to a bad experience for new users. Seeing this for the first time in many years. I took one of my Windows 10 boxes, wiped it, and reinstalled it with Linux. Still using the same hostname in hopes it'll "match" and use the old Device ID. I don't believe it is.

For all practical purposes, this is a new device...I see all the tasks in Results listing, but there is nothing in Devices, History, or My Contribution. You will certainly get the credit for the work, it's just sometimes a matter of syncing that data between the BOINC facing servers and those that display the website contents. Strangely enough, with all my recently newly added hosts, this was never a problem for me.I hope when that batch script is run again that I'll get credit for the work. Thanks!  |
