I have recently succeeded processing some MCM crunching to 100% and reported however the majority of the tasks is stuck and resetting all the time.

New macOS (13.0, Ventura), old problems. I tried to run one MCM task at regular settings (34 % CPU time) but it's resetting. I'll finish the task at 100 % CPU time and will try again in a few months.

MCM seems to arrive with a very variable time needed to complete a WU. Some are over and done with in 4 hours (Mac Ventura, Intel i9 2.3 GHz) while others take over a day. All seem to be arriving with the same predicted time of 14 hours. It is a pain to have to keep checking that I am not going to crunch WUs that are going to time out and affect all subsequent WUs too.

The difference is between the LOO and NFCV. You can see this in the results. It would be nice if we could specify which ones we get. Cheers

3/4 of a year later, MCM tasks still won't really start at low CPU percentages on macOS. I had to increase the limit to 100 % to see progress.
