Re: OpenPandemics - GPU Stress Test

Currently the cache limit is set to 50 per gpu. This is of course a starting value, we may modify that in the future.

Thanks,

Re: OpenPandemics - GPU Stress Test

You asked for it, you got it. biggrin Seeing 62 units (all combined including CPU) in the wait state, and the first GPU unit is already uploaded less than a minute after the last one was downloaded. Now that's a nice start.

Re: OpenPandemics - GPU Stress Test

Well, this is going to be interesting. At least for those who never tried GPU crunching, having no experience of it, and how it can effect your computer, and not knowing if their GPU can handle GPU crunching at all, or if their computer can be used normally during GPU crunching.

Despite that, so many are jumping right into this big stress test.

Good luck, that's all I can say.

I don't need / want to store a huge batch of local work if I get new ones when they are finished.

I got a few Intel units, so they are there, maybe you need to get 'lucky' (whichever way you want to look at it) to get hold of a few.
