Advanced test batches

Good afternoon,

I have posted a few test batches that look at a different target. These batches are going to be OPNG_0013345 - 0013355 ( only about 1000 work units).

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Re: Advanced test batches

Thanks, do you have any info on how these batches differ from the other ones in production so far?

These batches have a different target of ligands that they look at. There are limited number of reactive ligands that could be used for the spike protein. As for anything beyond that, I do not know. I hope that if these get released, we will have a better explanation from the researchers.

Thanks,

Re: Advanced test batches

Failed on OpenCL device: Tahiti
Valid on OpenCL device: gfx1030
Tie-beaker task not used (server aborted)

Don't we have the standard BOINC outcome "validation inconclusive" here? I've got tons of those on other projects smile

I looked through both logs and the only difference I could see was that mine finished more than 1 minute faster. confused
Still a little irked that there is still no credit being given for the time spent running all these invalids.
