I assumed that the outstanding 009's match the completed 010's, so 10 iterations completed, approximately (000 to 009 inclusive).
Divide the 10 by 183 (total iterations to cover the year as each iteration covers 2 days). 9 completed would be 5% and 11 completed would be 6%. (approximately) Mike |

Are you still dry, because there was an outage a few hours ago? It then takes a while to get a supply back on arp due to the random availability.
