looks like they turned the ARP flow on again. my downloads are stuck in transient HTTP error. They are generation 144 !! Looks like we just received generation 144 across the systems. That's good to see them moving. Also just received two MAM beta tasks, each resend with a due date of the 4th. We have not received any all day and have only seen a few with a due date of the 4th. Does anyone know if the cells run from 0000000 to 0035608 or from 0000001 to 0035609?
One of my devices caught cell 0035608 from generation 144(!), miraculously, while we've only just begun in that generation after finishing most of 143: Result name OS type Status Sent time Due / Return time CPUtime/Elapsed Claimed/Gr. Adri |

That is interesting Adri,
Mine have been increasing from low numbers to higher in order over time. My current queue spans 3000s to 7000s |

From what I've seen I do not believe they release the work units in strict numerical order. I received ARP1_0001721_144 about three hours before I received ARP1_0001287_144. I also received both ARP1_0000915_144_0 and ARP1_0000914_144_0 about the same time. I do not know how many feeders they have for ARP, but if they have more than one feeder, they may be supplying the different feeders from different sections of the whole batch. Without knowing the mechanism they are using for the allocation of work units to the feeder(s) all I have is pure speculation.

I have assumed that as the generations started from 0 then so did the cells. I would also suspect that your 35608 is generation 143 unless it was one of the 830 that had reached 144 previously and was sent out by mistake. Mike |

It may be that they are sending them out in the order that they were returned from the previous generation but that would cause them to spread again. Mike |

That is interesting Adri, Mine have been increasing from low numbers to higher in order over time. Exactly my thoughts. Around the time of that miraculous workunit (0035608_144), I received (my tasks marked by an asterisk):

----------------------------------------From what I've seen I do not believe they release the work units in strict numerical order. That's correct, Sgt.Joe. Not strictly, but relatively well in numerical order, if you understand what I'm saying. Mike.Gibson: I would also suspect that your 35608 is generation 143 unless it was one of the 830 that had reached 144 previously and was sent out by mistake. I'm not sure what you mean there, Mike. It is generation 144, not 143.You can draw your own conclusions from what I've received over the past day:
Adri PS *And* you can follow what I have in my queues on http://adriverhoef.unaux.com/ (My current tasks) (updated hourly). [Edit 1 times, last edit by adriverhoef at May 3, 2025 9:43:09 PM] |

If 35608 is really from generation 144 then it must have been one of the 830 that reached that generation before the current procedure started some weeks ago. As such, it has been sent out ahead of schedule. The alternative is that it has been mislabelled. Mike |
