I saw too the post for a way to clean up the teams and kick inactive members. It could be interesting for people who have no unit, but if we kick inactive members, maybe the team lose the stats of this members ? No. The points I make while crunching with team Kraland for instance will stay on with you when I move to another team. Maybe better to rank active/inactive members ? Yes, it would be a help if there was a way to sort the members into categories. Like this the Captain can see quickly who's inactive and send email. But the big problem is : too many members refuse to receive email from their captain  Also, I think you do a great job e-mailing the inactive members - even as some have chosen not to receive e-mails from their captain. You are very busy now, but maybe you could post this as a suggestion in a new thread when things get a little calmer and you know what you would find an improvement for your captain job. |

---------------------------------------- Pour le trie des inactifs, ou ce serait bien de créer un état inactif (il y a aujourd'hui Nouveau-Retiré). Un membre devient inactif automatiquement au bout de X mois sans aucun résultats envoyé. (période X à définir évidement). Je trouve que c'est dommage de les sortir de la Team. It's really nice for campers to come with us, even if it's just time for a challenge. Casually, it is a great encouragement for our Team, to see that we are interested in others. In addition to having the pleasure to discuss together. For us and everybody here on the WCG Forums to see the enthusiasm of team Kraland - like an old dog getting a puppy to play with  stefada  you have caught the spirit of Base Camping "having the pleasure to discuss together" and try to get into closer contact with each other on the Forums and make them an even more pleasant place for work as well as for play. |

----------------------------------------Par "nettoyer", je pensais davantage à virer les personnes qui sont inscrites dans la team depuis 10 -12 ans et qui n'ont jamais fait le moindre WU Soit 70 membres fantômes. Car oui, notre but est de rassembler du monde, mais, même si Halloween approche, les fantômes  Urden, Stefada, By "cleaning", I was thinking to kick peoples who are in the team since 10-12 years and never done any WU...70 members ghosts Because yes, our goal is to gather people, but even if Halloween is coming, the ghosts... |
