We have deployed a fix that resolved the cases we were able to reproduce. We hope that this will solve most if not all of the character encoding issues. If you do see a repeat of the issue please let us know. Thank you for your patience.

I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is that you can trust that what you write sticks the way you wrote it.
No matter how many times you "Preview".
At first, I didn't quite trust it, but it works!
