I wonder if the Maintenance (10/12 @ 13:00 UTC) is for this problem! We will have to wait and see. Possibly coincidence but my points yield has dropped by about 12% ever since the update error.

It's 9:38 in NY - what happened to the maintanence? - will this correct Saturday's problem?

Instead of 'assuming' that this https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/viewNewsArticle.do?articleId=540 has anything to do with the stats, 'assume' it does not. The stats is an entirely different beast. The files are fine, the tallies just missed to add a 12 hour cycle, at WCG only. BOINC stats for export are just fine. Mine are.

As of this moment (~19:15 GMT), Saturday's stats still have not been updated. I'm not sure if this means that I have lost ~35,000 points / ~10 days of CPU time and ~140 results or have they been credited to my totals and just not shown for Saturday's stats.

As many have posted there was an issue during the import and it failed. The data is not lost but will have to be reimported. We will update this thread when that is done. Again, I'm afraid to say, the old habits of a lack of communication between the WCG staff and us crunchers is appearing again - as armstrdj's post was over 2 days ago, and there's been no indication as to if/when this issue willl be resolved and as to how long it'll take. It was bad enough, having to wait so long for the issue to be recognised in the first place - and now this.Thanks, armstrdj Come on WCG - please share a little, even if it's statement to the effect of "we're looking to get this resolved in n days time", at least then, we've got some ideas as to what to expect and won't keep 'pestering/chasing' you. |

No stats have been lost. We are working on tracking down the issue and identifying the specific imports that need to be rerun. I would expect this issue to be resolved soon and will give an update later today.
