The estimator is based off batches completing, with the change from AsyncRE, many batches completed at the same time. Since these work units create grand children, it means a batch stays around for a long time. The project is not going to be completing anytime soon.

Good to confirm it, Uplinger. It would be strange for Phase 2 to finish before Phase 1.

I've been getting some the past couple of days after a wait. They want them back in like 24 hours.

I am now getting WU's with 6.5 hours required, up from 1.29 hours, but still only 24 hours to return them. 2 days might be more appropriate, but I can still turn them around in well under 24 hours, although they are about to start conflicting with the remainder of my earlier cache. Mike |

Yes, noticing these shorter WU's that have a 24 hour turnaround as well. At least they range from 1 hour to 6 or so and aren't terribly huge.

I am getting both type of units. The ones with 10,000 steps take about 1.7 to 19 hours. The units with 50,000 steps have been taking from 9.1 to 9.8 hours. By design, the number of units in progress is limited to the core count. Mine running on an 8 core machine with 2 L5420 Xeons on Linux Mint. Because of the 24 hour turnaround, it took several days for the existing units to be processed and I now have only FAAH2 units on the machine. As long as there is no hiccups in the supply it will still have steady work even with only 8 units allocated to the machine at any one time. So far, so good.

I now have one labelled as 'beta' but which counts against my allowance of 8 fah2. App_config considers it as beta. Where will the credits go?

No new work for the past few hours ... two faah2-only machines.
