You have to develop the scripting smarts with boinccmd yourself, but, as this activity proliferates, the forced back offs will so increase too.

I got a boat load today,
----------------------------------------and happened to get on at 32 min so I downloaded 11 more at the 33 mark. I have about 38, all due the 2nd of May... some 7 hour, some 13 tried again at 35 min, nothing there, I musta just got lucky. |
