Thanks everyone for your feedback and suggestions. To answer a couple of questions.. for MCM, we believe there'll be more work that what we currently have. But for OET, we're not sure yet. We meet with each research team monthly and work unit availability is always on the agenda, but they don't always know yet whether they'll need to run more work, hence the lack of clarity on projected end dates for many of our projects. Thanks for the info...but some people would really like to know here if on some project some extra batches of work have been implemented...like on MCM for example now?! So it would be nice, as you get new confirmed info - you could publish it in that research forum page topic...we don't have to write in that topic, only techs & admins...so it's only information disclosing about new batches implemented! Also, it could be also researchers to do it...that does give more credit for them, as we donate the (electrical) power & equipment - in other words costs! ![]() |

Just looked at Thé Dashboard and it suggests there's 450 batches left to go out as at noon, last 28227... 23 to 25 days... don't count on scraping the barrel, the zika related add-ons were negligible i.e 28679 is the end far as understood

Well WCG currently has the estimated completion date set to the 28th (the API shows the actual date, but they just show the month on the research page, and only for those that are less than 6 months).

As the old term goes, WYSINWYG 341 batches to go out at, a stepped up mean of 25-26 batches day, a fortnight left... the buffer wars could have started. ![]() |

where did you find the exact date? ![]() Here: https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/api/project?shortName=ugm1 It shows it regardless of the 6 month mark (just change the short name at the end). Your browser actually requests this for each project every time you go to the research page. |
