Shrug. The log-inn reappeared over the forums when signed in, so switching to my contributions proof. Sometimes you have to log in again going to the account info pages. That been for long as remembering, security maybe?. Yes use v29 too with https everywher. Makes no difernce when temp starting the browser without addons, yes you can.
----------------------------------------Other piece of evidence of a signed in state is the quick reply box at bottom of a viewed thread. Sometimes when making a post the sign out will reshow. Too much has been said about it without resolution. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at May 9, 2014 10:04:57 AM] |

keithhenry, The team challenge calendar feature is working as it should. Once you have clicked in the Start and End Date fields, the calendar pops up. The right and left arrows take you month by month. Clicking on the down arrow, next to the month and year displayed, will bring up all 12 months and additional year options to choose from. Can you please further explain your comment 'As for the End Date, the end of the next month doesn't show...'? When you click in the End Date field, the same calendar feature should pop up, which allows you to choose the date. Thanks, ErikaT Erika, this looks like it may be browser specific. In Chrome, the buttons work as you describe. In IE8, the left, right and down arrows all work like what you describe for the down arrow. With IE9, I couldn't get the calendar to pop (I'm working on getting my machines to Win7). As for the end date comment, I was just saying that the current month calendar normally displays the first day of the next month too so I don't have to change months in the calendar. With the end date, I do, that's all. OK - I will pass along the different browser issues. Thank you for your patience! ErikaT |

I've just been presented with the Log In page despite the top line on the Log In page saying Sign Out Hi tonyh205 etc. .I had 4 WCG tabs open (My Statistics, Device Manager, Results Status, Forum List Recent Threads). I had refreshed the Forum page without a problem, then refreshed the Results Status tab but received the Log In page instead. After logging in, I was presented with another My Statistics page instead. Is there a rational explanation for being asked to log in while apparently still logged in, or is there a bug? I'm using Firefox 29 with Session Manager and HTTPS-Everywhere, if that makes a difference. I've alerted Uplinger of this issue...thank you! ErikaT |

Erika, don't mean to be a pest but normally, my challenges haven't been showing a rank until around this time of the month but they still were accumulating scores along the way. For this month's challenges, they all have zero scores for all the participating teams. I'm presuming (and hoping) this is related to the work being done on challenges and that the scores will get corrected soon enough but would like to just confirm that for my peace of mind. Thanks!

It certainly looks like challenges have taken a back seat. They were a nice diversion. ![]()

Hi keithhenry, You're not a pest The problem with the scoring is a new issue, and Uplinger is looking in to it today. Either he or I will report back here with updates. The other issues with the team challenges should be resolved the next time we do a website update, which should be happening in the next couple of weeks. Thank you! ErikaT |

The problem with the scoring is a new issue, and Uplinger is looking in to it today. Not that new : challenges created sometime end of April have never started to count.Same for teams joining older running challenges around (probably) the same date (for example Ubuntu Hungary WCG Team in several older challenges). Older challenges were still counting fine. However for these survivors counting has finally stopped too on May 7 (last correct total is for May 6). |

It sounds like the whole functionality of team challenges is getting a once-over! It's going to be interesting come the start of the June! My appreciation to you, Keith and the rest of the team involved! |

There is a caching issue it appears with the team challenges. We have a fix on development that we are testing. However I was able to refresh the caches manually and they should show for members now.
Thanks, -Uplinger |
