Whatever changed, we're used to silent changes and updates, the restart of client did not help, but manually clearing the cache and restarting firefox did return the header box. In fact, suddenly see Sign Out left top, two birds with one stone. cheers Mumak, Please try the same thing lavaflow did - clear your cache and restart your browser. Thanks, ErikaT No need for that. Now it's back even without clearing the cache. ![]() |

Things don't happen all of a sudden, just got a news notice that indeed yesterday there were webchanges: https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/viewNewsArticle.do?articleId=356
A piece of the action: In addition, we continue to identify improvements that can be made to the siteâs appearance or performance across different browsers and have implemented several enhancements to address formatting issues. This news item could have included the browser close and cache clear actions advise. Maybe next time "If you have trouble, do xyz". kaizen |

Speaking of the 4/25 news item about more website changes, that wouldn't have happened to have included the two fixes for the team challenge problems that were ready? Ericka?

The rest are still being worked on... Thanks, ErikaT Erika, I was able to create the new challenges for June today (5/1)confirming the second item. As for the first, it had been looking fine but I noticed this today. After creating a new challenge, it showed in the list of challenges as having a rank of 1. When I opened the challenge, it showed a rank of 0. I think this is another place where the same problem occurs, not a bug in the fix. This is looking at the list of Upcoming Challenges and the challenge. While creating the new challenges, noticed a small nit. When entering the start and end dates, I normally clink on each field to bring up the calendar display. The first of the next month normally displays so I can just click on it to populate the Start Date and avoid typos. As for the End Date, the end of the next month doesn't show so I would click on the down arrow (not the left or right arrows) just to the right of the Month name. That used to scroll the month down to the next month where I could click on the last day of that month for the end date. Now, it acts just like the left and right arrows where it pops up a window with a list of months and years that I have to click on for the desired month and then click on OK just to get the month to display. Not sure when this changed but I believe it predated these two changes. |

Hello keithhenry, Thank you for all the details regarding this issue...I'm passing along to the team, and will get back to you once I have any updates. :) ErikaT |

Erika, I think either something broke or the changes made the problem worse. The challenges I had created back in early April for May started today. On the My Team page, they all showed a rank of 1 but showed a rank of 0 when you open the challenge itself. Also, despite starting today (the 1st), none of the teams had any points, results or run time even though the end of day stats have run. That seems new. Either challenges didn't get updated at all or something new broke.
