MCM progress increments there approximately every 8 days. So (officially) there should be work for ~6 more weeks.

MCM progress increments there approximately every 8 days. So (officially) there should be work for ~6 more weeks. Early on the scientists stated 17,500 cubes. That was when there were four cancer targets and they later dropped it down to one (lung cancer) but they were using previous results to create new work. They also stated that they didn't expect the number of cubes to change (dramatically). So, if the scientists are/were correct with 17,500 cubes. There cannot be roughly 6 weeks of work left. Per day MCM1 has gone through 30 to 40 cubes. Right now, they are past 17,450. 6 more weeks would add around another 1,250 cubes. I guess we will see soon enough when 17,500 hits. |

So many things get mangled on our forums... 'cubes' is the alias member name of the project scientist, 17.5K was the number of batches anticipated on the linear projection path. The science execution took quite a different evolutionary meander, so either November, or an open ended tag, even intermittent is something I consider in the realm of possibilities.
