The following figures are based on a total number of work units of 530,000,000 from cubes (project scientist) with the addition of Seippel (WCG tech).
----------------------------------------Hello all, We've received an update on the estimate batch count from the researchers that has added another 9000 batches making the new estimate 26,500 batches. However, this is only an estimate (a lot can change in the almost one year it will take to complete these new batches). Also, the progress bar on the webpage has been updated accordingly. Thanks, Seippel Last 30 day average results: 639,898 Estimated end date using 30 day average: July 9, 2016 Percent Complete: 67.00380% The average length of a WU is currently running about 4.12 hours. If I look at the latest batch I have received, 17750, that would be about 66.98% complete. We are at about 9.11 more months (approx. 273 Days)of additional crunching at the current recent run rate. The days in the past week ,on average, were about flat in work unit time. The projected completion date has eased a slight bit closer since last week. Production was almost flat this past week going from about 4.336 million WU's to 4.312 WU's completed. With the start of a new project FAH2 and the intermittent FAAH and UGM it remains to be seen if the present pace of completions remains in effect. So far it appears the newer batches of WU's is about the same for running time as most of the previous units. Remember the situation can change at any time and these are only estimates. Good crunching everyone. Crunch on. Cheers

Sekerob*, what's with the new username? I'm actually quite curios about that myself. Since my "return" to the WCG and its forums, I see this intriguing new name popping up a lot and I am not even sure whether it's the same person behind it or not. The replies I see are pretty different in tone and the points are being made in a different manner than the SekeRob I remember. Maybe I've missed something... Who are you, Stranger? Edit: maybe I exaggerated a bit with "very different", toned it down a little ![]() Knowledge is limited.
