Uplinger - I'm on it with 40 threads. Good luck to all testers.

Great - busy dowloading a few at present.
----------------------------------------Am I correct that we are limited to one per core again?

Am I correct that we are limited to one per core again? If you have an Intel CPU like an i7 it does two threads per core. |

Apologies, I meant to ask if it's one per thread?

Apologies, I meant to ask if it's one per thread? To my knowledge, that's as good as it gets unless Intel has created a new series of chips. I think this is getting a little off topic. |

Apologies, I meant to ask if it's one per thread? Always 1 downloaded Beta per thread. Unless, there's several Beta tests at the same time, we had those when all applications were ported to 64-bit versions. Got 6 running on Win7+Linux, all checkpointed twice, nothing stuck. Looking good so far. |

Maybe I should just start the question again:
----------------------------------------Is it possible to download more than one work unit per thread (i..e. a cache of beta work units)?

Only one problem to report so far on my i7 with Ubuntu three tasks bombed out immediately and one is running elapsed time while the CPU time is stuck:
