Those of you having the problems - do you use text zoom, or have many plugins installed?
----------------------------------------FYI - I've tested on Chrome on Win 7/Win 8, Firefox 25 on Win 7/Win 8/Red Hat 6 and IE 10 on Win 7/Win 8 and cannot reproduce. So I need to figure what is different in your configuration so that I can reproduce and fix. ![]() |

Main Website only, on All of my systems... Win 7 Pro 64 bit & Win 7 Home 32 Bit. All using Firefox 25.0 (although they did work yesterday afternoon/early evening, when I noticed the new look website for the 1st time (along side the newly released project), suddenly, some hours later, the links where no longer clickable???). ![]() ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by themoonscrescent at Nov 9, 2013 3:39:39 PM] |

So I need to figure what is different in your configuration so that I can reproduce and fix. I got the links to work by changing the font size in Firefox: Options, Content, Advanced, Minimum font size has to be 12 or lower to make them work. Font sizes of 13 or higher cause the Select language drop down arrow to overlap the Forums disabling all links from working correctly. Edit (more info): Font size 12 is a little too small for me, but I can use Ctrl+ to increase the size and the links still remain functional. The links only seem to be messed up when starting the browser with a font size of 13 or higher. [Edit 2 times, last edit by BobCat13 at Nov 9, 2013 4:12:02 PM] |

This works for me (atleast on my Laptop), all the links are clickable again (but you forgot to add, to Un-check the box allowing websites to override your selections).![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by themoonscrescent at Nov 9, 2013 4:42:55 PM] |

Kevin, I have noticed that, sometimes, the new top line is absent from my list of recent threads.
----------------------------------------Unfortunately I have not yet been able to identify any relationship with whatever else which would trigger this anomaly. Up to now a simple refresh makes it come back. |

Kevin, I have noticed that, sometimes, the new top line is absent from my list of recent threads. Unfortunately I have not yet been able to identify any relationship with whatever else which would trigger this anomaly. Up to now a simple refresh makes it come back. I am seeing the same thing. It happened once when I went from the Forum to Research and back to the Forum but I cannot recreate it. Also when I am in the Forum logged in, I get the sign in message. The only way to logout is to exit the Forum and logoff from the main screen. EDIT: It is on Internet Explorer. ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Dataman at Nov 9, 2013 6:18:25 PM] |

Unfortunately I have not yet been able to identify any relationship with whatever else which would trigger this anomaly. Maybe I have the beginning of a clue: it could be when I refresh the list of recent threads after a long enough period of inactivity on the WCG site. Usually when I come back I start with refreshing this list, which would explain why I have seen it there only. I will try again now with a normal page of forum (this one). See you later... Edit: Bingo! Refreshing this page after a (long) while caused the loss of the top line. ![]() ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by JmBoullier at Nov 9, 2013 8:55:40 PM] |

I don't see any value in splitting the old menu bar into 2. One menu above the banner and right-justified and another menu below the banner and left-justified. I think it was better with all in one menu. Moving everything to one menu above the banner would be good since the banner is different heights on some pages.
----------------------------------------Having to constantly re-login to access all the items under Settings is annoying, especially the device manager which I use very often. Odd, even though I have "remember me" checked, the website doesn't remember me and I have to login over and over. Splitting the old My Grid into separate My Contribution and separate Settings just causes me to have to click more than before. Less efficient is not an improvement. In the device profile all the settings are right-justified on the screen. That is very strange looking. Cheers ![]() ![]() |

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but where has the Forum button on the front page gone?
----------------------------------------Patrick p.s. Found it. Looking in the old button line up, not the top line. ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by pcwr at Nov 9, 2013 8:06:04 PM] |
