Good Morning Team. The road construction has moved a little further away so the noise level has fallen. However we experienced our first major power cut last night (just my house - none of the others in view seemed to be affected). It went off at about 9 pm and didn't come back until 12:30 am. With temperatures of around 30C, no AC and two freezers that could not be opened for ice it was not comfortable. Also have lost 20 cores for three and a half hours. Grrrrr

I've added milestone predictions for team members and individuals (includes crunching not for Team UK). I've set the look ahead period to 14 days, which seems about right. The numbers look vaguely plausible
----------------------------------------I've now achieved everything I set out to achieve except for team overtake predictions. Given that overtakes don't happen very often I probably won't bother. The software will report on the front page if our ranking goes up or down relative to the day before, although no one except me in testing will have seem that happen yet! I'm now out of ideas, so if anyone has any special requests, please shout.

At last - another milestone reached - 100,000,000 points. Now, which is next? 90 years or 200,000 results. Keep on crunching! RTS48 according to my "Mystic Meg" predicteriser, it's going to be 90 years in 3 days time, with 200,000 results following a week and a half later - assuming no more nocturnal power cuts

Good Morning Team. No more power cuts yet - It's still a mystery why we had the first one - electricity distribution systems here seem to be chaotic to say the least and the cables that fly through old Santa Cruz look like the product of a spider on some sort of mind altering drug.

RTS48 Remember an article with photographs in 1995 ish showing the effects of drugs on spiders. My favourite was the picture of an addled spider after 'taking' cannabis. |

Good Morning All.
----------------------------------------Another scorching day in prospect, it's only 9am and the temperature is over 34 degrees. To add to my misery I'm having problems with my irrigation system so I dare not cut the grass as it will dry out instantly. The temperature is also playing havoc with my crunching as all of my computers seem to be slowing down. I never thought that I would complain about sunshine!
