Re: Good morning team.

I'm suffering from a South American stomach bug today so not moving too far away from the facilities. I may try the age old cure (whisky in copious quantities)

Sorry to hear that RTS48. Did you undercook the guinea pig?

No, I couldn't persuade the little beggar to climb onto the barbie (and they are too fiddly to stuff anyway.

The problem is here that when you have a stomach upset - suddenly everyone is a doctor and they search out pills that they last used before the millennium and get quite hurt when you refuse to take them. Actually it is most unusual for people here to buy an entire packet of pills as they are priced individually. Therefore when they are prescribed (by the pharmacist) you don't get the leaflet that is in the box and normally it is nearly impossible to know what the tablets are a couple of weeks down the line. I refuse to take anything that I can't identify or find a reference for on Wikipedia.

Good morning team.

Good morning everyone, I now have connectivity again. biggrin

Line failed overnight on 6/7th, fault reported on Thursday morning, 1st engineer called on Monday who then found the service between the telegraph pole and the cabinet 800 yards away under muddy ground. Needless to say it took another day and prodded buttock before another engineer started work on resolving fault. sad

Re: Good morning team.

Good Morning All. Looking at the weather forecast we are due rain for the next 5 days. Seeing that have had very little rain despite forecasts in the last week (and it is rainy season) I will believe it when I see it.

Re: Good morning team.

Good Morning Team. Last night's expected deluge did not appear so Noah is going to have to wait to get his ark afloat. Meanwhile it is a little cooler (27C) so the computers are responding well.
