I was wondering whether to put milestone predictions into my stats website. For the team, and for each active member, it could do something like...

"RTS48 will reach 200,000 results in approximately 10 days"

Like most of my stats, it would be based on the 7 day rolling averages, and would probably only list milestones achievable within the next "n" days (28?). Would that be of any interest?

Good Morning All. They laid about 50 metres of concrete last night (yes! during the night!) Didn't get much sleep what with over revving cement mixers and arc light generators. It hasn't improved this morning as they use the diamond saw to cut expansion grooves in the cement.

I've attempted to add a prediction for when we achieve team milestones. There's a new section on the milestones page. I haven't actually checked whether the calculations are correct (and it's too late now to even contemplate it), but it should be a straightforward check against the 7 days rate and the number of points/results/runtime to go.

I'll check the calculations tomorrow, and then attempt to extend it to individuals (but prune them to only show those that are coming up in the next week).
